Description: This webinar provides a comprehensive analysis of the specific challenges that veterans encounter when transitioning from military to civilian life. We will delve into the difficulties they face in adapting to civilian norms, finding employment, establishing social connections, and maintaining mental well-being.    Drawing inspiration from the renowned psychologist Carl Jung, we will intertwine his theories with real-life narratives from veterans. By doing so, we hope to shed light on the often-overlooked aspects of career transitions and the profound realizations that emerge from them.    Specifically tailored for Mental Health Counselors, this webinar not only seeks to inform but also inspire and equip attendees with practical strategies. These strategies are designed to help veterans harness the valuable skills and insights gained during their military service and effectively apply them in the civilian world.    Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the hurdles veterans face, as well as the moments of awakening and transformation that are inherent in mid-career shifts. This knowledge will pave the way for a fulfilling journey of personal growth and professional evolution for the veterans and the counselors who support them.
