Attendees will leave with a certificate for 7 psychodrama training hours to apply towards certification in psychodrama through the American Board of Examiners. Detailed information about the psychodrama certification process can be found on psychodramacertification.org

Description:  Join us for some self-care and personal growth, while also gaining professional development. This experiential psychodrama workshop is designed to help therapists find new and creative ways to work with high-achieving clients who find themselves burned out, chronically stressed, and stuck in cycles of over-functioning. Through action methods, participants will explore the internal roles that drive perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the relentless pursuit of success, often at the expense of their own well-being. Together, we will give voice to the unspoken pressures, challenge outdated survival strategies, and reimagine healthier internal systems. Come prepared to engage in experiential activities, role play, and opportunities for personal reflection as part of the learning process. Help your clients reclaim more balance with the parts of them that feel like a burden and gain more joyful ways of being.
