Description: This presentation offers a comprehensive exploration of body image and self-worth, equipping mental health professionals with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance their practice and better serve clients struggling with identity, perfectionism, and appearance-related distress. Grounded in the latest research and evidence-based approaches, participants will gain practical strategies and insights to address self-image concerns through a trauma-informed lens, foster body neutrality, and support clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves.

About the Presenter: 

Morgan Hannaleck, LCSW is a licensed therapist, mental health speaker, and author specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, and self-worth. She holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and has clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with adolescents and young adults. Morgan is the founder of Beyond Your Mask, where she leads workshops that blend clinical insight with storytelling and interactive activities to promote emotional resilience and authentic leadership.
