Compassion Fatigue training helps people explore ways to: 1. Prevent- Remember that the service provider is part of the equation and has need for care too 2. Identify: Notice &  identify Compassion Fatigue in self or others 3. Treat: Learn / Develop plan to address own primary and secondary stress intake

About the Presenter:

Dr. Judi Cinéas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (FL, NY). She is the founder of Living The Dream, Inc., a Florida-based counseling and consulting firm. Her services include individual and family counseling as well as group and corporate trainings. Dr Cinéas’ work in the community includes grassroots movements to raise awareness and outreach and education to help marginalized communities learn to advocate for their needs.  With a focus on Employee Wellness, Dr. Cinéas provides consulting and training services for organizations in areas including Organizational Efficiency, Team Building as well as Staff Development and Empowerment. She is a celebrated presenter and trainer whose presentations include such topics as Self-Care, Developing Work/Life Balance, Preventing and Addressing Compassion Fatigue, Diversity & Cultural Competency. Dr. Cinéas is the author of several personal Development books and shares mental health related tips through online platforms including DrJudiC on YouTube.  Dr. Cinéas received a Ph.D. in Global Leadership from Lynn University, where she specialized in Corporate & Organizational Management. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Florida Atlantic University and Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Lesley University.
