DescriptionAdler believed that human behavior is goal-oriented and that humans can best be understood in relations to how they go about trying to attain their goals. Adler believed that a person's lifestyle was set early in life as a result of early familial influences. Emotional and psychological problems occur because of mistaken lifestyle beliefs about how to achieve life goals, and these interfere with a their ability to function and successfully achieve his goals. During this webinar, participants will become familiar with Adlerian concepts and clinical strategies that can be utilized within the clinical setting to explore how memories of their childhood influence approaches life as well as task that could assist the clients in gaining a new perspective.
