Please note that evaluations are completed collectively at the end of each day. For example- there will be one evaluation survey for Friday 02/02 and another evaluation survey for Saturday 02/03. You will complete your evaluation at the end of the day Friday and/or Saturday. Certificates will be issued via email.
If you attend a break-out session for Domestic Violence, Medical Errors, HIV/AIDS, Telehealth or Ethics, there will be a separate sign-in sheet and evaluation completed at the end of the break-out session.
If you attend a pre-conference workshop there will be a separate evaluation completed at the end of the workshop.
