Description: Money Matters workshop explores the profound connection between money and trauma, providing valuable insights and practical strategies for both clients and clinicians. Attendees will explore the origins of core beliefs about money and how those beliefs impact our financial behavior. We will also uncover the connection between trauma and financial decision-making and explore the effects of money shame on both clients and clinicians within a therapeutic context. Workshop attendees will be presented strategies to challenge limiting beliefs and create a personalized, empowering money narrative that fosters financial healing and transformation.

About the Presenter:
Tiffanie Trudeau is a Licensed Mental Health and Professional Counselor, independently licensed in Florida and the Commonwealth of Virginia, and offers in-person and virtual counseling services. Tiffanie is also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Collaborative Divorce Professional and Qualified Clinical Supervisor, with 15 years of experience and advance training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Gottman Method for couples.  Tiffanie is the owner and operator of Counseling Alliance, a private psychotherapy practice in Rockledge, Florida serving adults and couples and specializing in the treatment of mood and addiction disorders, post, acute and betrayal trauma reactions, compulsive and problematic sexual behaviors and divorce support.  In addition to individual and couples counseling, Tiffanie provides executive coaching and organizational trainings and workshops as well as facilitates counseling groups and critical incident stress management debriefings.   Tiffanie also serves on the executive board for Counselors for Change, is a member of the Brevard Collaborative Professionals group partnering with local attorneys in supporting divorcing families and is an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida training and supervising graduate students at the Community Counseling and Research Center (CCRC). Tiffanie is not all work and no play, as she is also an active creator on the social media app, TikTok, producing mental health content in hopes of breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, demystifying the therapy process and normalizing rest and value-based living.
