About the Presenter:

Practicing since 1995, in community mental health she gained a great degree of experience working with trauma and addictions in families and individuals.  Colleen, after relocating to Florida, obtained her licensure and decided to open New Heights Counseling & Consulting, LLC in 2021. She now works with her team to provide mental health counseling to residents of Fort Walton Beach and surrounding communities, with the goal to improve the quality of life for an individual to improve the community.  Originally from Pennsylvania, Colleen was overjoyed to discover the Emerald Coast when experiencing her first view of the beautiful water while driving across Mid-Bay Bridge. She loves to mentor in her teaching mental health practice, offer business consulting to other solo and group practice owners, as well as offer presentations developing prosperous clinicians, clients, and communities.  In her free time, she enjoys the beautiful beach, reading a great novel, and spending time with her family traveling.
