“Life changes can take us by surprise, and sometimes we find ourselves in need of assistance to regain our footing,” says Melissa, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. As a counselor, her desire is to help you “unravel” the thoughts, feelings, circumstances, or situations that have become road bumps along the path of your life journey.

Her hope is to compassionately come alongside you as you explore new ideas, processes, and skills that will improve your understanding and head you into a direction that brings satisfaction and fulfillment into your life, wherever you stand on your path. In the therapeutic environment, she offers great empathy and compassion in your place of struggle, and can help by exploring different perspectives and options in order to embrace healing and move in a new direction. Melissa considers it a great privilege to share in the hard details of her clients’ lives and looks forward to traveling with you on your journey of freedom.
