Description: This webinar is designed to explain Shadow work which is described as working with the sub-conscious mind. How client's can define their triggers and begin emotionally healing from trauma. It is defined as having benefits such as bringing clarity and self-acceptance.

About the Presenter:

Jessmary is a LMHC in Orlando, Florida. She currently works in a mental health agency with kids, teenagers and adults'. She specializes in working with depression, anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She believes that understanding and comforting your inner child can change our perceptions more efficiently. Kathy Feinstein is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Sport Performance Consultant. Since 1998, her unique practice has empowered children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and teams to achieve greater satisfaction in sport, health and life.
