Through her own personal work in healing, she has enjoyed the integrative qualities of many healing modalities such as Reiki, yoga, meditation, and artwork. All of these modalities are integrated seamlessly into her work as a psychotherapist. Continued learning and a desire to teaching motivate her to continue to grow and expand, offering her unique style to others to encourage their own healing.
