Alliance: Safety, Support, & Processing Recent Events

In the wake of a recent tragic loss within our counseling community, FMHCA invites members to come together for a special Alliance meeting led by FMHCA President Laura Peddie-Bravo, LMHC, NCC. This gathering is intended to be a safe and supportive space to pause, connect, and process the impact of this devastating event.

This will be an open and compassionate conversation. Members are welcome to share how they are personally doing, discuss concerns about their own safety and the safety of their clients, or simply listen and be in the presence of colleagues who understand. There is no formal agenda, only an opportunity for connection, reflection, and mutual support.

This Alliance meeting is offered exclusively to FMHCA members. A formal webinar on crisis stabilization will be made available soon at no cost to all.
