About the Presenter:

Heather Aiello holds a Baccalaureate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science Degree specializing in Education, Mental Health, and Family Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holds numerous certifications. As a faculty member at three institutions of higher learning, she has successfully coordinated two career development programs and authored curricula. Heather Aiello's role as a consultant for educational institutions and public and private agencies is one of her key professional roles. Since 1988, as the founder and director of the National Association of Certified Credit Counselors (NACCC), she has overseen the development of six nationally recognized certification programs, fifteen continuing education programs, and various educational initiatives in the field of Financial/Credit Counseling/Coaching Professionals. Her expert advice and reassurance have been a cornerstone of her work, helping thousands. As the sponsor and Board Chair of the Society for Financial and Career Consulting Professionals, a member-driven organization, she equips her clients with the training and tools to empower others, continuously inspiring those around her with her commitment.
