FMHCA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We value your participation in the FMHCA Conference and strive to provide a positive experience for all attendees. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:

  1. Termination of Registration and Sponsorship:

    • We reserve the right to terminate your registration and sponsorship at any time before the conference begins. In such cases, a notice of termination will be provided at least 72 hours before the conference start date, and your sponsorship fee will be refunded.
    • Immediate termination may occur during the conference if your behavior or activities are deemed damaging to our brand or conference management. In such cases, the sponsorship fee will be forfeited.
  2. Cancellation Requests:

    • All cancellation requests must be made in writing and confirmed via the email account used during registration. Only the original applicant can request a cancellation.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method to the original payee.
    • Refunds are not granted for payments made during the conference, whether for attendance or sponsorship.
  4. No Show and Partial Attendance:

    • Any participant not checked in by the training start time will be considered a "No Show," resulting in the cancellation of the seat, registration, and credits without a refund.
    • No refunds will be provided for "No Shows," partial attendance, late arrivals, early departures, or incomplete training.
  5. Professional Conduct:

    • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner throughout the training.
    • FMHCA reserves the right to request a participant to leave the training if their behavior is deemed unprofessional or unethical, leading to the cancellation of their registration without refunds.
  6. Recording Policy:

    • Participants are strictly prohibited from recording training sessions through electronic devices (audio/video) or distributing any recorded content.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ATTENDEES:

  • More than 90 days prior to the start of the conference: 50% refund.
  • 31 to 90 days prior to the start of the conference: 25% refund.
  • Less than 30 days prior to the start of the conference: No refunds will be issued.
