Description: As mental health professionals and leaders in our workplaces, we're constantly handling multiple stressful tasks and other people's traumas. After a while, some sooner than others, you may begin to experience a condition of extreme tiredness and desperation. This is called compassion fatigue. Our workshop is aimed to educate our participants on what compassion fatigue is and empower them with coping mechanisms for it. The participants will be able to clearly define and identify signs of compassion fatigue, differentiate the condition from burnout; discuss ways to get help, and lastly, gain practical measures for daily use.
