Florida mental health COUNSELORS associationCE Evaluations
Thank you for attending the 2026 Annual FMHCA Conference!
Below you will find evaluations for both the pre-conference and general conference sessions. Please complete each evaluation in its entirety after you have finished all courses for the day. Registrations will be cross-checked with evaluations to ensure accurate reporting.
CEUs for Florida LMHC, LCSW, and LMFT licenses will be reported directly to CE Broker. Certificates will be issued via email, with confirmation sent by February 27, 2026. This is a manual process, to help prevent delays, please refrain from contacting the office regarding CE status until March 2, 2026.
Each evaluation includes an option to receive a confirmation email. We strongly encourage selecting this option to help prevent duplicate submissions or reporting errors. Please note that evaluations will not be combined—do not submit an evaluation until you are finished for the day, as all classes taken must be listed on one evaluation.
