Counseling as Leadership

Description: Participants will explore leadership theory and its relation to counseling skills, highlighting mental health’s unique perspectives. Facilitator will contest common experienced challenges, capitalizing on attendees’ unique qualifications. Counselors of all levels will explore their expertise, embracing their unique leadership abilities. Attendees will build confidence to embrace their skills while broadening their influence.
