DescriptionTransactional Analysis (TA) is an elegant, but simple way to set up an infrastructure for almost any form of psychotherapy. It is a one-session psychoeducational way to jumpstart therapy by teaching a simple, foundational tool that the therapist can then utilize to streamline and, focus and accelerat34 there healing process. By teaching this simple tool at the beginning of therapy, we create a common conceptual model, language and method that allows us to provide quick and understandable interventions, making u many times more efficient as therapeutic relational coaches.
